To get the ball rolling, simply fill out the contact form to request a quote. I’ll reach out with a few questions to truly understand your vision and ensure we achieve a bespoke design that fits your budget. If you already have a Pinterest board, I’d love to see it! Sharing these details helps me get a clear sense of your aesthetic and vision. Once I have that info, I’ll send you a detailed quote along with a stationery inspiration board to spark some initial ideas. No need to worry about embellishments or upgrades just yet—we’ll figure those out together as we go along. To secure your spot on my calendar and jump into the exciting part, a 50% retainer fee is requested so we can start bringing your vision to life.

lets get started

1.

Let’s kick off the design process! We’ll create two unique designs that perfectly capture your vision. I’ll be right there with you as we refine the concept together, collaborating closely to bring your ideas to life. Throughout this stage, I’ll share digital mockups of your stationery, and you’ll have unlimited revisions to ensure everything is just as you imagined.

2.

Your stationery is ready to make its debut! Once you give the final approval on your digital proof, we’ll just need the remaining payment to kick off the printing process. Here’s a quick look at the printing timelines based on your choice:

Digital printing: 2 weeks
Letterpress/Hot foil: 4 weeks

Once your beautiful stationery is printed, we take extra care to ensure everything is perfect. Each piece is meticulously checked for quality and lovingly packed to protect its beauty during transit. Once it’s all set, we send your order on its way to you, ready to make your special day even more memorable! You can expect your package to arrive safely and on time, with all the love and attention it deserves.

Requesting a quote is free and comes with no strings attached! I love chatting about weddings and can’t wait to hear your ideas...

Timing can be a personal choice, but here’s what I recommend:
  • Save the Dates: Once your date and venue are locked in, it’s never too early! Ideally, aim for 9-12 months before the wedding—or at least 12 months for a destination wedding.
  • Wedding Invitations: Around 4-6 months before the big day, and earlier for destination weddings.
As for RSVPs, try to set the deadline at least 8-10 weeks before the wedding so you have plenty of time for your final numbers (and check with your venue, as they might need them sooner!).

when should i post my invitations?

I understand—guest lists can change as you plan! That's why your final invitation count doesn't need to be set until we’re ready to go to print. If you need to tweak the numbers before then, just let us know. Once we’ve entered the production stage, though, we can’t make any changes to the quantity. So, when you give your final approval and make the remaining payment, it’s important to double-check that you're happy with your numbers.

can i change my invitation numbers?

When counting, remember that couples and families only need one invitation per household, not per person. So focus on the number of households rather than individual guests. I also recommend ordering around 10 extra invites for keepsakes or any last-minute guests. Adding a few more to your original order is much more cost-effective than having to place a separate order later on!

how many invitations should i order?

Since custom work takes time and care, I book no more than three bespoke clients each month, so I recommend booking early to secure your spot. The earlier you can book the better so we can allow enough time for the design stage, printing and delivery, but as a minimum:
  • Save the dates: At least 12 months before your wedding
  • Invitations suites: At least 6-8 months before your wedding
  • 'On the day' stationery: At least 3 months before your wedding

When should I book?

Thank you! We will be in touch with you shortly!
